X20 Bus Service - Update

I have been asked to highlight the information below, reflecting the current position regarding the X20 bus service. This information was received today 21st June 2022.

Cllr Shenton advises: I have been I touch with the Leader of Warwickshire County Council and I can now update you and let you know that the County Council have asked Diamond to continue running the route 'as is' until the end of August, this will give County and Diamond time to review the service and any subsidies properly.

The Officer dealing with this has said to me that “the service will not disappear (in July) and that we are working towards the outline I have given, if anything changes in this then I will notify you of the effect of those changes.”
